Two parts, both predictable

A fixed monthly fee

Covers your sealed workspace, the connections to your systems, the rules, the record, backups, monitoring, and our team handling every alert. It depends on how many jobs we run for you and how much they touch, and it doesn't change from month to month unless you add or remove jobs.

Usage

The cost of the AI work your jobs and staff actually do. Quick questions go through a light, cheap lane; real work goes through a full one, so you're not paying heavy rates for small things. You set a monthly cap for the company and, if you like, for each person. Usage never goes past the cap without your say-so.

Two ways to run

Every client starts here

Assisted

The AI reads and drafts. A person approves anything that goes out.

  • Every action checked against your rules
  • Approvals in Teams, by email or in a daily digest
  • Best for: getting started, and any job that sends, changes or spends

For jobs that have proven themselves

Autonomous

The AI acts on its own, within limits written down in advance.

  • Everything in Assisted
  • Per-job limits: which systems, which actions, how much it may spend
  • Turn it on one job at a time, and off again whenever you like
  • Best for: routine jobs that have run cleanly in Assisted mode

You can run some jobs in Assisted and others in Autonomous. Most businesses end up with a mix.

You'll always know what it's costing

  • Caps per company and per person. Set them once, change them any time.
  • A warning before the cap. Our team is alerted when spending gets close, and so are you.
  • The Spend screen. Month to date, by job and by person, against the cap, in the console.
  • The monthly summary. What ran, and what it cost, in plain English.

How to get a price

  1. Take the free stack check.

About five minutes. You'll get a plain report of what's fragile.

  2. Talk it through.

A short call to agree which jobs to move first.

  3. Get a written quote.

The monthly fee and an estimate of usage, based on what you actually run. No commitment until you sign.

Questions

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the honest answer depends on what you run. Three simple jobs and thirty busy ones shouldn't cost the same. The stack check is free and tells us enough to give you a firm number.

Is the stack check really free?

Yes. You'll get the report whether or not you go ahead.

Can we change plans or jobs later?

Yes. Add jobs, remove them, or move a job between Assisted and Autonomous at any time. The monthly fee changes to match, from the next month.

Do you charge for fixing things when they break?

No. Responding to alerts and fixing what breaks is what the monthly fee pays for.
