About StackProbe
Someone responsible when it breaks at 7am
StackProbe exists because small businesses now run on automations nobody owns. A report built in an afternoon. A sync someone set up years ago. An AI helper on one person’s laptop. They work, so the business comes to depend on them, and then one day they quietly stop.
We give those jobs a proper home: always on, checked against your rules, recorded, and watched by people whose job is to fix them.
What we believe
Reliability before novelty. AI is one kind of work we run. The point is that your business keeps working.
A person approves what goes out. Every client starts in Assisted mode. AI earns more freedom one job at a time, never by default.
Your data and your accounts stay yours. We connect with your own accounts, and you can export everything at any time.
Plain English. If we can’t explain something simply, we haven’t understood it well enough.
Precise, not impressive. We’d rather tell you what we don’t do than overstate what we do. Our security page includes a list of what we don’t claim.
Who’s behind it
StackProbe is built and run by IT Works Managed Services, a Canadian IT services business in Airdrie, Alberta. Looking after small businesses’ systems, we kept seeing the same thing: the automations that mattered most were the ones nobody was looking after. StackProbe is our answer.
Where we’re going
We’re starting with businesses of 5 to 100 people across Canada, and building a partner program so IT providers can offer StackProbe to their own clients.
